Customer Service: Ticket Exchange
Just turn in your date/time marked tickets at least one hour before the performance and we will gladly exchange them for another performance of the same play.
Ways to Exchange
3. By fax

Cut your tickets in half lengthwise, photocopy the tickets and include your name, address, phone number, exchange request and a credit card number with expiration date if an exchange fee is due. Fax the photocopy to the box office. Tickets will be held for you at the Will Call window.
2. By phone

Have your tickets in hand, call the box office at (408) 367-7255 and a customer service agent will be happy to assist you.

A customer service representative will process your request and contact you to confirm that the exchange has been made. Tickets will be held at will-call.

5. By Mail
- Mail the ticket(s) you want exchanged, along with a check or charge number (if an exchange fee is required).
- Select at least one alternate date.
- If you would like your tickets mailed back to you, include a stamped, self-addressed envelope; otherwise, your tickets will be held at the box office window on your performance date.
- Always include a phone number with your exchange.
- WHEN EXCHANGING BY MAIL, please be sure to include your ticket(s) and a daytime phone number.
